2024 Nutrition services

Invest in your health and achieve your goals by working hands-on with a Dietitian! Whether you're looking to enhance your athletic performance, loose weight, or need assistance with planning family meals, 1:1 coaching can help you implement strategies that make sense for you and your lifestyle.

Included with a Comprehensive Initial Nutrition Assessment (60-90 minutes):
→ Detailed review of medical/health history, diet analysis & screening for nutritional deficiencies
→ Breakdown of calorie, macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein, fat) & fluid needs
→ Personalized nutrition plan including three days of meal & snack ideas
→ Supplement guidance (if applicable)
→ Handouts/supporting materials

I offer follow-up packages of two, four, and six sessions. All follow-up coaching programs include in-depth education, behavioral coaching to address mindset, meal planning assistance, food journaling feedback, and between-session communication via the Practice Better app. 

1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

Sports Dietitians are uniquely prepared to address the nutritional needs of various types of athletes.

I provide individual and team nutrition counseling and education to enhance the performance, health and safety of athletes and teams. Primary responsibilities include counseling individuals and groups on nutrition for performance and wellness, translating the latest scientific evidence into practical sports nutrition recommendations, tracking and documenting outcomes of nutrition services, mitigating risk of positive drug tests and adverse effects from dietary supplement consumption, and serving as a food and nutrition resource for coaches, trainers, administrative staff, etc. who do not have a background in nutrition.

Consult services may include but are not limited to:
→ Recommendations for pre-, during- and post-exercise fluids and snacks for team practice and competition
→ Team presentations, grocery store tours, or workshops
→ Evidence-based advice on safe and effective supplement use
→ Planning and advising on nutrition during travel and tournament play (including menu planning)
→ Develop and implement team/individualized injury prevention, hydration or recovery plans
