I’ve always been passionate about helping people build healthier habits and make lasting behavior changes in fitness and wellness. My career began in strength and conditioning, working with high school, collegiate, and recreational athletes, and eventually advancing to the professional level as the High Performance Coach for Gotham FC in the National Women’s Soccer League.
With a Master’s in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology and years of hands-on experience, I developed a deep understanding of the physical demands athletes face and how training stress impacts performance and recovery. This foundation allows me to bridge the gap between performance training and nutrition, creating an integrated, evidence-based approach to help athletes fuel effectively, recover smarter, and thrive.
As a dietitian, I work with professional, collegiate, and youth athletes across a variety of sports, as well as active adults looking to improve energy, health, and fitness. I also partner with teams, organizations, and companies, providing guidance on performance nutrition, wellness, and behavior change.
My philosophy is simple: nutrition should be flexible, realistic, and highly individualized. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan, which is why I focus on helping clients build sustainable habits that fit seamlessly into their lives. I believe a well-fueled body is the foundation for lasting health, happiness, and peak performance, and my mission is to empower others with the knowledge and skills to make nutrition work for them both now and for years to come.
